PGDM + IBEP - UK / France
PGDM + IBEP-UK/France program prepares students to become global leaders. The 3-week international immersion intervention as part of the AICTE recognized full-time two-year PGDM includes academic delivery by international faculty in world class infrastructure. This experiential learning in cross-cultural setups will equip students to work, communicate and gel in the multinational environment. All this, in addition to industrial visits and site seeing makes this a sure recipe for a holistic development of the students.
A student pursuing PGDM under the 70:30 Learning and Development model will spend 70% time in practical, job oriented and skill-based learning interventions which caters to changing industry requirements. Adaptive and high-quality pedagogy is used by PGDM educators like Case study discussions, interactions with CXOS and Industry leaders, Live projects, Business competitions, Peer to Peer learning, Classroom discussions, Summer Internships etc. for better understanding of management and business principles.
This learning system is regarded highly effective and gives competitive advantage to students when it comes to application of concepts, developing industry perspective, leadership & soft skills, placements and eventually fast track career growth.
