Placement cell Corporate Interface Committee is designed with an aim to have regular interaction with the corporate world. The cell would achieve this by way of various engagements with the corporate such as guest sessions, workshops and by creating opportunities for final and summer placements. Moreover, the cell would also plan and execute regular training interventions with the students to bridge the gap between industry expectations and skills and competencies of the students.

Keeping in mind the broad gamut of stakeholders of the placement cell, the purpose of committee is to arrive at a win-win situation for all by providing a meaningful career to all students enrolled. As an interface between corporate world and fresh management talent, we assume a greater responsibility of matching the right talent with the right set of companies to work for.

Alumni Cell is developed with the purpose of building an alumni base and network between the institute and the Alumni to encourage alumni to contribute to the growth of the institute.

The cell would achieve this by way of providing the alumni with resources, infrastructure, and opportunities as a platform to develop an association with the institute.

The cell draws its authority from the powers delegated by the Governing Council through the Director to perform its tasks.

Keeping in mind the stakeholders of the Alumni cell, with the broad purpose of building Alumni network it is expected to get maximum contribution from alumni.

We as a cultural committee believe that a college should have fun during all the events and festivals. We offer and give chance to the students to showcase their talent through dance, music, acting, painting, etc.

The main objective of cultural committee is to promote and arrange various extracurricular activities for the students. Cultural activities will be held throughout the year and eminent people in their respective fields are invited from different streams to take part in these programmes.

The Research Committee is committed to promoting high-quality research by establishing policies, reviewing proposals, maintaining ethical standards, and allocating funding. Our mission is to support researchers through training, mentorship, and resource provision while encouraging interdisciplinary collaboration and external partnerships. The committee consists of faculty members and administrative staff who play a vital role in maintaining research quality, compliance, and the institution's reputation. Though we face challenges such as resource allocation and ethical dilemmas, our efforts are essential for advancing academic research and innovation.

The Innovation & Entrepreneurship Cell (E-cell) within institutions serves as a pivotal hub for cultivating creativity and entrepreneurial acumen among its members. At its core, the E-cell aims to foster a culture of innovation by organizing a variety of events, workshops, and competitions that challenge participants to think outside the box and develop novel solutions to real-world problems. These initiatives not only encourage students to explore their entrepreneurial aspirations but also provide them with essential skills in ideation, business planning, and market strategy. Moreover, the E-cell serves as a networking platform, connecting aspiring entrepreneurs with industry experts, investors, and successful startups, thereby creating a supportive ecosystem conducive to growth and development. By offering resources, mentorship, and sometimes even incubation opportunities, the E-cell plays a crucial role in nurturing the next generation of innovators and entrepreneurs, empowering them to transform ideas into impactful ventures

As a large amount of the students at RIIM are not local, they stay at the college hostel. RIIM provides Hostel accommodation to its students and manage its day to day operations. The following rules shall apply to students residing in the Hostel (Violation of any rule will make the inmate liable to disciplinary action including expulsion from the Hostel and also from RIIM.

The objective is to create an atmosphere of harmony and co-operation amongst the boarders & to provide the boarders a peaceful and congenial environment to enable them to excel in their studies and personality development.
